Fashion brand draws ire of automotive community

Fashion band Rag & Bone has drawn the ire of Porsche enthusiast with their latest campaign. Released yesterday on YouTube the short film and subsequent photographs show a seemingly reasonably used Porsche 911 being destroyed by having a concrete K-rail dropped on it while Gabriella Wilde walks by.

According to the brand's co-founder "The concept revolved around bringing the city into the studio, so we wanted to capture some of that intense New York energy where anything can happen.” - Marcus Wainwright

I don't know what is happening in the New York Mr. Wainwright lives in, but on my last visit K-Rails were not dropping from the sky like anvils in a Roadrunner cartoon. The brand's attention-grabbing stunt might not be working in their favor as the bulk of the comments on YouTube and Facebook have been overwhelmingly negative.
