Own an Official Eleanor

by Michael Satterfield

R3 Performance Products has announced a licensing deal with Denice Halicki's Eleanor Licensing LLC to sell officially licensed reproduction body shells and rolling chassis of the iconic Shelby GT500 "Eleanor®" that was featured in the year 2000 version of the film Gone in 60 Seconds.

This is an exciting time. After driving Eleanor® with the new R3's reproduction body shell and suspension, you know in seconds why Ford Motor Company licensed R3 to build reproduction body shells, chassis, and suspension. It's amazing you get both worlds, comfort and when you push the pedal down… it has that tight racing-track feel as in all supercars.

These are not reconditioned classics the R3 Eleanor is an all-metal, Ford-Licensed reproduction body that come with a Ford Vehicle Serial Number for title and registration. Each one is hand-crafted by R3 Performance Products in Tulsa, Oklahoma and features adjustable coil-over shocks and billet aluminum arms, for more modern ride and performance. An Eleanor body shell with suspension will start at $32,479.69 but several custom options are available. That doesn't include your paint, interior, electrical, engine, transmission, braking system, or glass. Seeing as the original movie car sold at Mecum for 1-million-dollars in 2013, the R3 car is a bargain. For more visit R3PP.com.
