Lexus Auctions First LC500 For Charity at Barrett Jackson

Lexus has unveiled a one of a kind LC 500 convertible that will be auctioned of for charity at the upcoming Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 100% proceeds of the sale will be split evenly between the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Bob Woodruff Foundation.

The car features Vehicle Identification Number 100001 and is finished in Structural Blue with a white interior. Base on the brand's limited-edition Inspiration Series the car gets exclusive 21-inch alloy wheels, Liquid Platinum color accents, and special carbon-fiber scuff plates that read “LC Inspiration Series Launch Exclusive 1 of 1.”


The winner will also receive a framed sketch of the LC Convertible, a portfolio with production-line photos and a one-of-one certificate signed by vehicle chief engineers as well as general manager of the Motomachi plant where the vehicle is produced. In addition, Zero Halliburton luggage with custom Lexus cues, a curated driving package that includes a Lexus Performance Driving Experience with brand ambassador Scott Pruett, a three-night hotel stays for two at Pebble Beach Resort, and a round of golf for two at Pebble Beach Golf Cours.
