2022 Mille Miglia Entries Released

The list of cars accepted for Mille Miglia 2022, chosen by the Selecting Commission from the over 600 applications received from around the world has now been posted online at 1000miglia.it. Dozens of cars are on the waiting list, which will replace any of the approved cars that might withdraw.

Applications for this year's event were up 25% over 2021 and it is expected that it will be one of the best-attended Milles in recent memory. 

This year's drive will feature 415 cars, 11 of which are in the Military category. The cars will leave on June 15th from Brescia and follow the historic route to Rome and back, further leg finishes are scheduled in Cervia Milano Marittima, with dinner during the race in Ferrara, and Parma. Passignano sul Lago Trasimeno, Piazza del Campo in Siena and the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza will host lunches on race days.

1000 Miglia Green, the race for alternative fuel cars, has also been confirmed. This, as always, is preceded by Green Talk a seminary that focuses on the theme of sustainable mobility and the paradigm changes of Industry 4.0.

The cars entered in the Ferrari Tribute, built after 1957, will precede the convoy of historic cars, while the Supercars of SOC, Supercar Owners Circle, will take part in the 1000 Miglia Experience Italia 2022.

There will be numerous events in 2022 from the organizers of the 1000 Miglia: after the Coppa delle Alpi held in March in the Alpine territories of Italy, Switzerland, and Austria, the zero edition of the Roads by 1000 Miglia format will take place: an event from 7 to 10 April in the unrivaled panorama of the Gulf of Sorrento to bring the charm of the Red Arrow to places that cannot be included in the 1000 Miglia route. In April, the first edition of Warm Up Switzerland will be held, two days to discover and delve into the secrets of regularity racing in the scenery of Lake Lugano.

The third edition of 1000 Miglia Warm Up USA, scheduled for October near Washington D.C., and 1000 Miglia Experience UAE, which will travel through the United Arab Emirates at the beginning of December, will offer the opportunity to participate in 1000 Miglia-style training and competition days in exclusive settings.
